Rita Green is a visionary, business systems guru, communal advocate, and Chief Visionary and Founder of Geaux Fig Co., a digital design, systems, and tech support firm and Co-Founder of Geaux Rabbit, a creative services and hospitality venture. 


As a native of Biloxi, Mississippi, Rita has imprinted a 15-year mark on the southeast business sector in both consumer and business hospitality has done wonders for its various hotels and casino resorts. Having high regard for education, she attended both the University of Southern Mississippi and the University of New Orleans, focusing on both, Business and Psychology. 


Rita currently serves as Marketing Director for the MS Senior World Pageant, a pageant for women ages 50-79. She also serves on the boards of the Mississippi Center for Autism and Related Developmental Disabilities (an organization dedicated to the support of children and teens with autism) and is the creator of the Mississippi Gulf Coast nationwide event, Ridin’ the Coast, a citywide motorcycle event for enthusiasts aimed at bringing support to Coastal Mississippi nonprofit organizations and their causes. Rita enjoys assisting others with entrepreneurial spirits identify and develop business concepts into reality.


Rita Green is the humble recipient of several nominations, awards, and accolades. In 2021, she was selected as one of 2021 Mississippi Business Journal's Top 50 Leading Businesswomen of Mississippi and as a recipient of the MS Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce One Coast Business Award. Other awards include 100 Successful Women to Know of Gulf Coast Woman Magazine (2020), Top Influencer Success Women’s Conference (2020), Woman of Achievement Finalist for Lighthouse Business Professional Women Corporate Category (2017 & 2020). Also in 2021, Rita became a #1 International Bestselling Author for her anthology, Make it Happen and #1 Bestselling Author for and My Walk Past Hell & Women Who Pray: A 90-Day Devotional.


Rita’s mantra is simple: True reward is not defined by achievement; but rather measured through the lives touched globally. When she is not out helping businesses thrive, Rita is a cherished member of her local community, a loving wife, and mother of four amazing children.
