Kathy Antoinette Greggs She joined the US. Army in 1999, as a Human Resource Manager, she served a Senior Noncommissioned Officer for several Brigades and the US Army Cadet Command. She is a military sexual assault survivor; she started her advocacy in the US Army helping change the US Army policy and procedures with reporting and discharging for emotional trauma victims. She received several awards for her service and was woman of courage with protect the defenders.


She has a Master of Business in Administration with Human Resource Management; she is currently a PHD candidate at Liberty University with studies in Theology. She started as a volunteer with Cumberland County Rape Crisis Center, Connections of Cumberland, as a case manage for homeless woman and children, Red Cross Sandhills as disaster responder and shelter manager for Hurricane Irma, Matthew, and Florence. She did virtual intake with Hurricane Harvey and Wildfire Thomas in CA. She is a certified FEMA Disaster Operations Manager.


Co-Founder of Police Accountability Community Taskforce in Fayetteville, NC. She seeks to end cash bail and bonds, change criminal legal system across NC and national. She has been in policy reform over 6 years with her statewide partners and activism. She has advocated for cases across North Carolina with the North Carolina Statewide Police Accountability Network for police policy changes and injustices of health, education, economic, environmental, and the carcel systems. She believes these systems keep people in bondage. She assisted with the write up on SB 682 with Senator DeViere, on establishing a Citizen Review Boards at all cities and municipals across NC which is currently awaiting in legislation to establish a citizen review board for cities and municipalities this bill is currently being reviewed.


She serves as the North Carolina Director and Military Liaison for Domestic Violence Rally, Board of Directors for NewLife2nd Chances, Steering Committee for Sherriff Trusting Communities, Serves on Governance Committee Board for ACLU NC, Register lobbyist in NC, NC Climate Ambassador. She is active in nonprofit organizations National Organization for Women Fayetteville Chapter, North Carolina Association of Educators, National Association for Advancement of Color People Fayetteville Chapter, NC Statewide Police Accountability Network, North Carolina Black Leaders Organize Collective, NC Black Alliance, Alumni of the Wounded Warrior Project, Veteran of Foreign War Affairs, Domestic Violence Rally, Human Resource Professionals, Protect our Defenders member, and the US Army Adjutant General Association.



Received the Presidential Volunteer Service Bronze Award 2018, Juneteenth Freedom Pioneer Award 2019, “I Care Award” from Cumberland County for Volunteer Service 2017, NC North Carolina A. Philip Randolph Institute "Community Leader" Award 2022.
