Consulting and Executive Coaching focuses on Leadership, Diversity-Inclusion, Personal Powershifts, and Spirituality.

I’ve curated leaders’ immersion experiences to China and the Czech Republic, and facilitated leadership development, cross-cultural engagement, international business learning experiences in the Bahamas, Hong Kong, Kenya, researcher and speaker on women’s leadership in India, Malawi, Spain, UK, Canada and across the US. 

Dr. Nanton is a catalyst for personal and spiritual transformation, an avid sports fan and songwriter. Host of the ‘Talk4Leaders’ podcast and award-winning author of the ‘Hard-wired to Lead’ women’s leadership series, Editor of ‘Tectonic Forces’ several articles and book chapters.
