Cindy is an engaging executive leader, who integrates 30 years of private, public and nonprofit leadership to help organizations improve leadership effectiveness. Demonstrated success in managing change in fast-paced, results-oriented work environments. Exhibit expertise in the areas of HR, leadership coaching, program planning, workforce planning, team building, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development.


Cindy relies on Interpersonal skills to solidify relationships with leaders, business owners, hiring managers, vendors, and partners; focus on shared organizational goals. Drives results through strategy development, program design/implementation, and process streamlining. Cindy has worked across a wide range of industries in North America. Her work with succession planning and leadership development was accomplished through a combination of working as an internal and external consultant. She has also been an instructor of Effective Succession Planning and Management for master’s level student at Central Michigan University.


She accomplished this work by developing surveys of leaders’ skills, knowledge, abilities, goals and performance resulting in a talent bank. She uses Lean/Six Sigma techniques to identify gaps used to fill key positions. She assesses organizational readiness for change and uses change leadership to advance project work. The result is a focused and realistic plan delivered in scope in a timely manner.  Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership from Baker College, a Master of Science in Administration (HR), doctorate in Health Administration and International Healthcare from Central Michigan University.
