Angeline is a Senior Marketing Executive Leader with global experience primarily in Brand and Product Development, Marketing Strategy, Research and Communications. At the heart of her success are her strong interpersonal skills and her dynamic, team leadership. She is passionate about understanding the needs of internal and external customers/consumers to ensure sustained relevance and meaningful connections in order to drive desired results. She has steered high-performance global teams to deliver cutting-edge, high-impact, double-digit growth results.


Angeline has led project teams comprised of internal stakeholders and Agency partners that successfully completed strategic work around the rebuilding of brands. Under her guidance and leadership, the work done by the teams received Multiple Awards for some of the creative communications and executions.


For over 30 years, Angeline’s professional development is illustrated by the increasing seniority levels she held in different organizations. She transitioned from her start as a Technical Officer in Blending with J Wray & Nephew (an alcohol beverage company), to Managing Director within the GraceKennedy Group - where she had global responsibility for all company owned brands and associated marketing. In between, she honed her skills through management roles with Multi-National Companies Gillette, Johnson & Johnson, Colgate, and Bristol Myers Squibb (MeadJohnson Nutritionals). She has spearheaded teams through the development process and launch of several new products in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and the Caribbean.

As a Senior Leader, her participation in Executive cross-functional meetings has given her a sound understanding of all aspects of business, including Sales and Distribution, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Procurement, and Finance among others. Angeline has served on a number of Boards as Director or Business leader contributor.


Angeline holds an MBA (Sigma Beta Delta) from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of the West Indies. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).


Passionate about lifelong learning, Angeline has participated in numerous Executive Training including courses, such as Innovation for Growth - Strategies & Best Practices (Wharton School, Philadelphia, PA), Stage Gate Discovery-to-Launch Process – New Products, and The Business of Brands beyond Trademarks (INTA - International Trademark Association).


Angeline’s passion and strength with working with people to deliver targeted results make her well positioned to support Business Owners. Key drivers to achieving members’ personal and business goals are Facilitation of Boards, Personal Coaching, access to the TAB Connect platform for networking with TAB’s worldwide Business Owners from varying industries, and the use of TAB proprietary diagnostic tools for laser focused actions.
